1. Scope and roles
RxHubPro provides technology for pharmaceutical companies and their authorized hubs, patient-services organizations, specialty pharmacies, FRMs, reimbursement teams, finance teams, and market-access leaders. The Services support prescription intake, enrollment, benefits verification, pharmacy and medical prior authorization, affordability support, fulfillment, remittance, reporting, and case management.
For Customer Content, RxHubPro generally acts as a service provider, processor, or business associate, as applicable, and processes information according to the Customer’s instructions and governing agreements. The Customer controls its patient-access program and remains responsible for patient notices, program terms, consent language, and applicable compliance obligations.
2. Information we collect
Business and platform information
We collect authorized-user profile information, including business name, email, role, organization, authentication data, access permissions, training and support records, and audit events. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser and device details, login events, feature use, exports, API activity, and security logs.
Patient-access program information
Customers may provide data relating to patients, caregivers, prescribers, providers, payers, products, prescriptions, referrals, coverage, authorizations, claims, payments, and support programs. This may include identifiers, contact details, demographic or language preferences, benefit and payer information, case notes, documents, outreach history, financial-assistance information, and remittance records.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services; authenticate users; provide role-based workflows, reports, and audit trails; process Customer-configured activities; respond to requests; prevent misuse; and meet legal, contractual, and security obligations.
RxHubPro does not sell Customer Content or use identifiable patient-access information for cross-context behavioral advertising, product promotion, unrelated patient targeting, or training a general-purpose artificial intelligence model without the required written authorization.
5. PHI and healthcare data
Customers may use the Services to process protected health information (“PHI”). Where applicable, RxHubPro and the Customer will execute a Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”); the BAA controls if it conflicts with this Policy regarding PHI. Customers must apply appropriate role-based access, required authorizations, notices, and the minimum-necessary standard where applicable.
RxHubPro is an operational platform. It does not provide medical care, medical advice, coverage decisions, clinical decision-making, prescribing, or payer adjudication.
6. Pharmaceutical program boundaries
Pharmaceutical Customers control the design, content, funding, eligibility, communications, and compliance of product-support, copay, patient-assistance, bridge, hub, reimbursement, and market-access programs. They are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy, payer, fraud-and-abuse, transparency, consumer-protection, product-promotion, and internal medical/legal/regulatory requirements.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, RxHubPro is not a validated pharmacovigilance, adverse-event, product-complaint, safety-case, or regulatory-reporting system. Customers must maintain their own procedures and systems for identifying and escalating safety and product-quality information.
7. Security, retention, and transfers
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Customer Content is retained, returned, and deleted according to the applicable Order Form, DPA, BAA, Customer instructions, legal obligations, and documented backup processes. Information may be processed in jurisdictions where RxHubPro or approved providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
8. Rights, changes, and contact
Patients and other individuals should direct privacy requests to the Customer, provider, pharmacy, hub, or program administrator controlling the relevant information. RxHubPro will assist Customers with verified requests as required by law and contract. We may update this Policy and will post a revised effective date.
