RxHubPro does not review, monitor, or take responsibility for a Provider’s HIPAA Notice, nor do we assess their compliance with their own privacy practices or applicable laws. You also have control over how cookies and similar tracking technologies are used when you interact with our services. Most web browsers allow you to manage your cookie preferences through their settings. Because each browser is different, we recommend reviewing your browser’s help documentation for detailed instructions. Additionally, some tracking technologies such as Local Shared Objects (also known as Flash Cookies) require separate management, which you can access through Adobe’s Settings Manager. Please be aware that disabling or rejecting cookies may affect the functionality of the RxHubPro Services and limit your ability to use certain features. Some cookies are essential to site performance and cannot be turned off without impairing core functions.
When you visit our website, certain information may be stored on or retrieved from your browser, primarily through cookies. This data, which may relate to your device, preferences, or general use of the site, helps us provide a more personalized and efficient experience. Although the data does not usually directly identify you, it contributes to how the site functions and how content is tailored. You can adjust your preferences for various cookie categories to suit your privacy comfort level. However, restricting certain types of cookies may limit your experience and the quality of services we can provide.
California Residents: Under California law, you have the right to request information, once per year and free of charge, regarding our disclosure of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. RxHubPro does not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Some portions of the RxHubPro Services may include links to third-party websites, applications, or other online content that we do not own or control. Additionally, we may allow trusted third parties including business partners, advertising networks, and marketing service providers to collect information about your interactions with our Services using technologies such as cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tracking tools.
These third parties may use the data they collect to deliver advertising tailored to your interests and preferences across the RxHubPro Services and other websites or applications you visit. While we strive to partner with organizations that respect user privacy, their data collection and use practices are governed by their own privacy policies not this one. We encourage you to review those policies directly if you have any questions or concerns.
Some of these third parties participate in industry self-regulatory programs that offer users the ability to opt out of interest-based advertising across different platforms. You can learn more and manage your preferences through the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) or Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) websites. Please note that opt-out settings typically apply only to the specific browser or device used when the opt-out is requested. To fully disable cross-device interest-based advertising, you may need to opt out on each device and browser separately. If you’re using a mobile app, many devices and platforms allow you to limit ad tracking via your settings. You may also choose to uninstall our app through the standard uninstall process available on your device or app store.
Please be aware that opting out of interest-based advertising does not eliminate ads altogether it simply makes them less personalized and potentially less relevant to your interests. In some cases, your experience on the RxHubPro Services may be impacted.
Do Not Track Signals: Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is currently no industry-wide consensus on how to respond to DNT signals, RxHubPro does not currently act on them.

These tools may have the ability to access, view, record, or alter sensitive information including Protected Health Information (PHI) without your awareness. RxHubPro is not affiliated with, does not control, and cannot monitor any third-party extensions or software you may use.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you disable or uninstall all browser extensions before accessing RxHubPro Services, and only use supported browsers that are free of third-party add-ons. Simply disabling an extension may not fully prevent it from accessing your data. Similarly, installing third-party software on your operating system may expose your data to the same risks. RxHubPro is not responsible for any data breaches, privacy violations, or losses that result from your use of browser extensions or third-party applications. Use of such tools is solely at your own risk.
